Thank you for your thoughts, your compassion, your kindness, your gesture. Claire has known chef Josette and Bruno for more than 20 years when they had Normandie Bakery café in Marina Del Rey: “I will always remember his beautiful smile and his kindness, and my warm baguette and Nutella! Bruno also owned Angelique Cafe in DTLA, the very special Saint Amour in Culver City, he was also creating some very secret recipes for well-known restaurants in LA… I had the chance to experience a private tasting with all his specialties… It was fantastic!”
Bruno was a good heart and he was funny and cute, always giving you a smile and making your day! Rest In Peace Bruno, we will truly miss you. 🙏
