A day in Watts with Natierra’s Angels.
Last month we had the pleasure of joining Natierra’s Angels and Chapter II, two local non-profits in Los Angeles to give away free Thanksgiving meals in the heart of South Los Angeles. Everyone met on S. Figueroa and started talking in a beautiful atmosphere, as the sun was heating. What a funky and groovy moment when the neighbors started to play music with their huge speakers outside. Everyone was smiling, enjoying and dancing! We are so thankful and grateful that we have been able to spend this day altogether.
Next week December 23rd, Natierra’s Angels is organizing a new event in Watts, a toy drive where 2500 children will be present!
The goal is to bring NEW toys (Toys should be in new condition and package never opened) and joy to the children of South Los Angeles. A collect has been set up” with the restaurant Atmosphere Mar Vista (12034 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066, United States) where you can still drop off some toys in a dedicated box until Sunday, December 22nd.
